QUALIFICATIONS:
-PhD/Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry
-Knowledge of die attach, wire bond process, PCB substrate process and statistics/DOE/SPC/FMEA will be an advantage
-Knowledge of process optimization and characterization
-Excellent communication both written and spoken and experience in customer communication
