E-Banking (Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
* Respond to request/complaints within the given timelines with focus on customer service satisfaction and retention.
* Promptly escalate and follow through issues requiring input from other user departments and follow up with technical support on appointments for installation/training for business users.
* Provide complementary technical support for business users.
* Troubleshoot problems, whether technical, application or system related and escalate for resolution.
* Execute requests for PIN activation, reactivation or suspension according to existing policies and procedures.
* Perform regular monitoring of system availability to ensure optimum uptime.
* Compile statistics for weekly submission through team lead to departments/group head and quarterly reporting to BNM.
Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree holder (non-graduate with extensive experience will also be considered)
* Fresh graduates with Degree in IT are encourage to apply
* Have good PC knowledge
* Possess good communication skills
