Responsibilities:
* To attend incoming/outgoing telephone calls and screen / transfer to receiver.
* To attend incoming guests and re-direct to the proper personnel.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate in Hospitality.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
* Advantage for those who converse Mandarin.
* Apperance must reflect professional disposition.
* Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining a pleasant disposition & positive attitude.
* Good interpersonal and telecommunication skills

Accounts Clerk

Responsibilities:
* Issue payment voucher, invoices/bills, debit notes & credit notes.
* Filing & data entry.
* Reconciling monthly bank statements.
* To liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors on collection of cheques.
* To issue debit note and credit note for payment.
* To summarise creditors listing for all company.
* To prepare bank in slip and â??signed chequeâ?? listing or summary
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least SPM/”O” Level or Professional Certificate in LCCI or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
