Customer Service Executive
( Kuantan,Miri,Kota Bahru)
Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire operation, administration and financial planning of the customer service centre at the Kuantan branch
* Ensure all subscribersâ?? service requests, enquiries and complaints are attended to in a proficient manner
* Supervise, motivate and manage a group of customer service officers to achieve set performance targets
Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in a Business/Commerce/Communications or related discipline
* At least 3 yearsâ?? experience in a customer service environment with relevant supervisory skills
* Good communications skills and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia and/or other languages will be an added advantage
* Able to interact with all levels of people and possess a service oriented mindset
* Able to work and manage in a fast-paced and challenging environment
* PC literate in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
