Responsibilities:
Management over the counter and customer service oriented.
- Manage the teller line wait to ensure customers are serve on a timely manner.
- Attending to customerâ??s inquiries.
- Verifier and checker to tellers transactions.
- Authorize signer to Manager Check and Drafts issued over the counter.
Prepare and submit on MIS reporting
- Vital Fews
- Regional and O&T KRI
- SOP
- Volumes in the unit
- OverTime
Daily Operations in the unit
- Authorize tellers sources
- Review teller sources
- Review Inter Dept Offset
- Verify teller cash boxes end of day
Perform Cash Management
F&E and FRS coordinator for the dept
Streamline processes with the opportunity to increase productivity and controls.
Periodic validation for compliance and control for department
Create cohesiveness teambuilding and harmoniums working environment
To monitor and review staff performance and reward fairly.
Offload/back up to other area ie Greeters and Back end Operations
Requirements:
Pleasant personality.
Customer Service oriented with good communication and problem resolution skills.
Preference to know the GCB systems
Well versed in PC and Microsoft Office
Organized, systematic with good analytical skill.
Mature and able to work independently.
Self-initiative, result driven and willing to work long hours.
High level of commitment and strong team player.
