Investment Admin Assistant
Responsibilities :
* Provide administration support for Fund Operations Division
* Ensure that clientsâ?? transaction records are updated timely and accurately
* Prepare Money Market and securities transactions, bank reconciliation, clientâ??s weekly and monthly report
* Filing of documentation
Requirements :
* Diploma in Accounting/Financial
* Minimum 2 years work experience
* Knowledge of fund accounting system
* Computer literate with good typing skills
* Experience in asset management/stock broking is an advantage
* SPM/STPM holders with 2-3 years work experience in the relevant field and fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
