Responsibilities:
* Involved in the process yield improvements activities such as determining process flow, material usage, machine parameters performing line balancing, troubleshoot and improvement and documentation for work Instruction.
* Identify, propose and carry out time improvement process.
* Ensure that operations are optimized with minimal downtime, maximum manpower utilization and highest level of productivity.
* Ensure specification of products meet the requirements of the customer.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English.
* Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably junior executives specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
