Jawatan Kosong : Credit Control Officer
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for timely debt collection by liaising closely with the marketing team
* Monitor accounts receivable periodically to determine customers that need special attention
* Monitor timely issuance of debit and credit note
* Deal with queries either internally or externally and produce aged debtors report
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor Degree from a recognised institute of higher learning
* At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
* Proficiency in written and spoken English
* A self starter, analytical, dynamic with mature personality, energetic, vigilant, meticulous and able to work long hours (if required) with a minimum supervision
* Possess good communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff and a good team player
* Organised, assertive and result driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks and good time management skills
* Strong PC skills especially in spreadsheet and accounting systems
