Responsibilities
Efficiently Perform circuit design of MIMOS’ RF transceiver using CMOS technology
Perform RF block level and chip level verification

Requirements
MSc or PhD in RF circuits and systems
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in RF design on the chip level using SiGe and CMOS
Expert in ADS and SpectreRF
Expert in PA, LNA, Mixer, Analog BB, and/or VCO
Firm knowledge of WiFi/WiMAX technologies
